ok so im 12 years old my mums discover and dont know what to do. My ankle REALLY hurts and im uncovering it arduous to walk on i hit been edifice and i had no difficulty then went discover with my friends ive been running ALOT but i dont know how it could do so much damage?:/ helppppp whats wrong? i didnt separate while i hit a bad ankle! I ran before:)

Do NOT separate when you ankle is in a sharp pain,consult a doctor.

You probably sprained it or something, but you strength want to go see a doctor. If not, what I've done when I've sprained my ankle is wrapped it up tight with a bandage from the lowermost of my foot to my ankle, leaving my heel exposed, and it meet got better on it's own after a week or so.
