I got a stress break in my foot from dance and they put me in this dopy boot and on crutches for 3-4 weeks. I really draw at using them! Any tips? Also why does the boot go up to meet beneath my knee?! It seems so huge for 2 tiny fractures in my foot! Any signaling is appreciated! Thanks!
