If it's an ingrown nail, soak your foot in whatever warm water then try and revilement the nab with a toenail clippers and get it out of your foot. Also I would recommend just act tennis shoes, a lot better for your feet. If it's not an infection, busted bone, or serious injury I don't conceive the doctor will do much for you besides verify you to take whatever Tylenol for the pain. If it's symptom you can elevate and cover it. Otherwise I surmisal just wait it out for a some weeks and if it doesn't go absent after that you might want to wager a doctor. Hope that helps some.

Sounds same an ingrown toenail. Do as Claire says. Doctors will, in severe cases, perform a minor in office surgery to instance the offending side of the nab back and clear the "groove" the nab emerges and grows along. Just keep a good receptor on it for signs of infection. Take care
