I've been dancing since I was three eld old. In the end of May, the beginning of June-ish I poor the fifth metatarsal (Spelling?) of my foot. I was well rested by the region of the summer and was back dancing by the end of July and August just learning my competitive team's dances. Now that I hit been back for a few months, and classes hit started again, I hit been working really hard to get my foot, ankle, and leg, back where they were before I was in a cast. I started to verify Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Modern, and Hip-Hop again. After the prototypal week of classes, what change same my achilles (spelling?) sinew started to bother me from what I thought was just over stretching my foot. But, fresh my ankle has been starting to really bother me. Every instance I put push on my foot, and verify the push off really in my ankle moves and seems to crack. If I try rolling my ankle for it to crack, it feels same the bones are resistance together, and you can actually hear it. I'm just figuring that it is from over working myself, but I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions to maybe help it get better? Thank you so much!

I have the same sort of problem but not from dancing. I module walk and my ankle module crack with apiece step. I was told to get a brace, so if your ankle keeps bothering you, that would be a good recommendation
