Fuffins, what you are suffering from is titled Delayed Onset Muscular Soreness or only DOMS. This commonly lasts a few days and then goes away. What you should be doing now is working those muscles using weights but at a much lower level. At your age lifting is alright but you are going to have to ready the resistance factor very light. Right now your ontogeny centers are wide unstoppered and lifting onerous weights could cause one of the ontogeny centers to fracture. That existence could cause you problems of unsymmetrical arm lengths. So ready downbound the weight and do more reps. You can also do exercises such as near ups, set ups, squats, pull ups, and chinning to build muscles using only your body weight.
