 is it doable to hit permanent fatigue?

i had a mentality injury followed by a field mentality activeness a few eld ago. I obviously had fatigue during my recovery, but now even after 3 eld I ease never hit the forcefulness i ingest to have. it makes me astonishment is this permanent?

unfortunately, it can be...many people who have had a traumatic brain trauma undergo tedium on a regular basis...my boyfriend included. his trauma and operation was over 5yrs ago - the tedium eased up a lot after the first digit years, but it hasn't gone away completely. however, he finds that maintaining the same rest schedule from period to period helps to counteract it a bit.
