i was activity volleyball and injured it pretty bad theres a blue mark on my knee bone and i cover it A-LOT! and elevate it and i don't walk on it much but i have to go hike-ing on thursday what should i do

keep up the cover and keep soured it.sadly that hiking trip is gonna have to wait IF: night before the trip,u get on the knee,and try to stand on that leg alone.if u get light to no pain go aweigh with the trip,but if mild to heavy pain, Your staying home.good luck and don't go if u get the second one.u will be putting everyone,including Your self at risk.
