So About 6-7 months ago I coiled my left knee weirdly and it perceive bad at the instance but it got better, but after every instance I work out for a while it hurts on the inside of my knee. At first, it only perceive when I was working out, then it progressed to when I worked out plus about an hour or digit after when putting coefficient on it, and for a some days now it hurts meet rise stairs and almost 12-13 hours after a workout and during meet walking. It perceive more in the farewell and right after practice meet sitting around. There isn't any swelling or bruising but it's warmer than the other one. What could it be, because I don't poverty to mutant out over something small, and I don't poverty hit to go to fleshly therapy or crutches or a brace or anything because then everyone will child me. Should I ready playing through it? What will doctors do if I do go in to get it checked? (Just wondering- doctors mutant me out so if I hit to go I poverty to know what will happen)

It's probable a meniscal tear. If it's hurting after repetitive activity, I can't really apprize you to keep playing football, but some identify of corrective exercise is probable to help this. However, you need to see a PT so see what is precise for you...and if it doesn't materialize to be correctable, should order further investigation. Sorry, it's not the answer you desired to hear, but it's same locution "I've got a damaged sewer line in my house, but I don't want to call a plummer"...especially if it's getting worse...
