okay so i broke my leg activity football and got a patch up to my portion and it is sooooo uneasy and itchy. any tips on how to rest , get around , etc..? thanks :)

ok so if you broke it up at the top then you crapper scratch the bottem with out hurting yourself so meet take a knighting needle i=or somethng like it and sract im sorry i feel your discompose i meet got a cast off inferior then a week ago
