Yesterday i was in p.e and i was activity soccer i ran and someone passed me the ball and i stepped on it and my ancle rolled on the ball and i emmedietly heard a Brobdingnagian cracking sound...i couldnt walk and today it still hurts like hell and it is swollen....is it broken??....how do i fix it???

haha I favour funiculus tape. In all herb you probably sprained your ankle, or even tore the ligament that supports your ankle. You need to see your student immediately.

You should go to the doctor and get some xrays of your ankle to make trusty it is not broken. They would also provide you crutches. It is essential to not put any weight on the foot and rest it as much as possible. For the first 72 hours after the trauma occurred, you should apply ice to the ankle 4 nowadays per day for 10 transactions each time. You should keep the ankle elevated (on a place or chair) as much as possible and you should use some kind of bandage or wrap on the ankle. For the pain and the swelling, you should take Ibuprofen 400mg every 8 hours (max of 1200mg per day). Take the Ibuprofen with food since it crapper upset your stomach. Good luck!
