I hurt my ankle most a week ago and it exclusive hurts when i run though. I can walk, do a cartwheel, etc., but a after decade steps of streaming it hurts pretty bad. My mom wants me to get an xray.....any help? oh and i meet found out i cant do a real handstand, exclusive if i use my other foot and do a somersault on a beanbag...lol and sometimes its rlly painful if i achievement sometimes....but not always

you should essay to debase it in the structure that it hurts, and when your running start slow first and get a good debase in before you do so , if you can ease do a cartwheel im sure nothing is broken! :)

An x-ray module only exhibit if you have a bony injury (fracture), and module not give any evidence as to how the muscles are doing. If you've damaged or torn a muscle, the likelyhood is that its slowly healing, but as you use the ankle you're damaging it further. Muscle strains/tears requirement rest. The render needs to meet immotile for the muscles to heal fully. I would see a doctor, who can end if there could be a small break there, still I think its implausible as you belike wouldn't be healthy to put weight on it, let lonely do cartwheels.

Of course get an x-ray!!! There may be a tiny fracture or a difficulty with your joints. Better to be innocuous than sorry.
