It bled a lot but fortunately did not hit my bone.the needle snapped and part is missing, although i am around 90% sure that the piece of metal is not in my finger. i hit heard that sometimes you haw need antibiotics if an incident spreads? should i visit the doctor? very sore and bruised, hard and hot to touch.

If I were you, I would see a doctor. It could get infected and you should attain trusty your tetnus shots are up to date. Also, if you had the metal in you - you would know it, It would sting like crazy!

Yes, this is a harmful injury. The up and down motion of the needlecraft machine haw have crushed some tissue. If you can't find the broken piece(s) to rank the needlecraft harry then you must adopt that at least conception of it is inside. Go to the student it is not worth loosing a finger over this.
