its saturday so i cant ask my doctor and my discourse is what SHOULD i be intake patch i wait for my follow-up check up due to an inflammed gallbladder and gallstones?? i know not to eat spicy and unclean fatty foods....but what is ok to eat....dairy, meat, bread, pasta??? please be specific!! thanks so much!!!! i dont poverty to aggravate it any more than it already is!!

If you stay away from high-fat foods, it will help. You crapper take pretty such anything otherwise. I ate pasta a lot, and skim milk, mashed potato, veggies grilled without oil or additional fats. Just go as low fat as you crapper go to give your gallbladder a break. I really hope you crapper talk to your doctor soon. I know you are not feeling so great.

My girl went through the same thing. Her surgeon recommended flavorless food. Such as jello, cowardly broth, breads,and applesauce. I would for sure study to this diet until my study up appointment.
