I have had it ever since most 2nd grade (9th grade now). it hasn't grown any. there is a large bump on the back of my foot an inch above my heel. it is on both feet. It doesn't hurt, and it never has hurt. it feels like a bone, but it protrudes most a half an inch out of the skin. My someone said that it was "retrocalcaneal bursa" but i dont see some fluid in it. it is completely hard.

It sounds same a wart. You can buy defect removal kits in the pharmacy, but it can come back. Having a dermatologist cut them out works too.

its a callus, probably from wearing a footgear with no socks to protect the skin in the back of your foot.

I doubt this is but a inure whichh leads me to believe it is a condition titled Haglund's Deformity. Haglund's Deformity is a boned photo on the back of the tilt which haw occur on one, or in your case, both feet. The condition is commonly caused by act broad heels or other shoes which haw irritate the Achilles tendon. It's odd that you've had the bumps for so long if it is indeed Haglund's Deformity. The deformity commonly begins to irritate the surrounding tissue or embellish agonized to some extent if mitt untreated, but you hit stated that there is no pain. Research Haglund's Deformity to make see whether or not this is the culprit. If it is Haglund's Deformity you crapper treat or alleviate the symptoms by: -Getting inflammation medication from your doctor -Wearing backless shoes -Physical therapy -Other orthotic devices -Surgery haw be an option if they embellish painful It sounds same if this is indeed Haglund's Deformity, that you hit embellish accustomed to it over the last 7 years, and it has embellish no more of a problem than a callous. Years of wear hit probably redered the deformity as just a hard protrusion which poses no upbeat threat. You crapper hit the bumps removed, but it sounds same it would exclusive be an aesthetic choice.
