 I feel dizzy when I streach upwards?

Ok so whenever I place my arms above my head and like, streach, I intend rattling lightheaded and my exteroception blurs away. It's creepy, but I do have it admit that its cool. I'm just wondering what's feat on? It's been happening for a pretty long time... Oh but my exteroception come back after a few seconds :)

Your not eating usage the aforementioned thing ingest to happen to me when i stood up my vision overturned black. eat fruits and drink alot of water

that happens to me .... well not the blurriness but i feel shaky i think its meet stretching ....

Me too. Its rattling cool except when i fall. I dont know if it happens when your unhealthy or if its connatural but it happens to lots of people so dont sweat

don't worry, it's quite ordinary and normal. it just happens when you advise too quickly and get a festinate of blood to the head, which causes the symptom and sometimes momentary blackouts. there's null to worry about :)
