Well I have had vertigo for 2 years now. And conceive me it's HELL. The first instance I went into the MRI I was fine. The second and ordinal instance I freaked out. The fourth instance I was given anaestatsia and I was in the machine for 8 hours. Contrast colour does not have any side effects that I am aware of. It is distributed through needle or in a kool aid identify drink. I'm not oging to lie to you since you have vertigo, but it can be scary inside, but I'm sure once it is over you'll be fine. Good luck love!! xx Olive

Calm down. It's a big study for a effort that's neither scary or dangerous. The MRI organisation or Magnetic Resonance Imagery organisation looks like a large tubular like machine. You place on it and go finished it in the aforementioned artefact as a CAT scan if you've ever had that done. It's just give smaller and causes give of noise which is the scariest part. The organisation sounds like someone is category of banging on it as you go finished it, but you're presented earphones with whatever type music you poverty place finished them to center to. The contrast is done by swing an IV in. The contrast goes finished the IV fluid. There aren't some harmful lateral effects except maybe a slight warmish feeling as it start to go into your body. This is completely normal and isn't painful. The technicians will walk you finished everything before you start and you crapper communicate some questions at all. While you're going finished the effort there are speakers so that you crapper center them for some instructions and you crapper speech to them at some point for some questions or problems. So there rattling isn't anything to be scared of. People today seem to hyerbolise everything for some reason, but there rattling isn't anything to be afraid of and gives the doctor give more information than some other tests can. It gives a 3-D ikon of the embody or conception of the embody that the doctor is hunting at. It's the next prizewinning thing without having to do some invasive type procedures. Good luck and God Bless. You'll be done and wonder what every the scary speech was about.
