i cooked my hand on a tray that was in a 220 honor oven and i had it underf running liquid for about 10 minutes and since that ive had it in a bowl of ice liquid and just cold liquid but it hurts as soon as i verify it out. its been about 3 hours since i cooked it and now i cant even go to sleep because of the pain. what should i do.

Put whatever Aloe Vera on it, it module cool and sooth, it's a green gel. Or, put whatever neosporian on it. Or, just put a bandage over it and sleep with an ice pack on your hand.

hi friend, in your case of burning hand i can say that this position of burning happens so suddenly that we cannot conceive more to be cured. but its latest profession to pour normal water on burning conception according to my knowledge. when it happens only easy awailable thing is water to very nearby to us. and then visit doctor.
