it shouldn't be, moderate exercise should ease symptoms, but don't overdo it. I undergo too and institute out loads about it by googling it.

hey i have that likewise and i used to be a football varsity at my university but i obstructed coz im failing my subjects... anyway it didnt make it hard for me to play at all..

There is a brawny link between rest disorders same restless leg syndrome and tending deficit hyperactivity disorder (adhd). In my experience as a pediatrician, some children with ADHD are gifted, sacred athletes. Since you pose this question and have a rest disorder, this is one possibility. No one knows yet what treatment of the rest disorder does to the ADHD problem, but I haven't seen some reports of it just going away. As to whether your restless legs would improve your soccer mettlesome in some way, it's an engrossing question that no one has looked at. It would be engrossing to undergo if you think so, also, I'd same to undergo if you have ever had some tics during the day. Tics are involuntary movements that can change some part of the body. If so, tics are same restless leg movements, and people with tics have been shown to be exceptionally quick and agile. That would be interesting.
