 the side of my left thigh hurts same heck?

okay every one knows were there portion is. but my left portion on the side it hurts a lot. i sprint a lot so it hurts from that. i do i get rid of the pain

~ Hi ~ ! Your best bet for that would be alternating ice and heat. Try applying ice for 15 transactions and place modify on for 15 minutes. No more than three times a day. If the pain is rattling pain intense you can try Tylenol or Ibuprofen. I find liquefied Ibuprofen entireness best and fastest. Also, try gentle massage of the area. You should be feeling meliorate tomorrow! I wish you get relief soon! =)
