My son had that finished and it seems to me that he walked with crutches for a week or so, and then was given a walking cast. He was probably down, not completely down, for three weeks because of it. I told him and I'm going to verify you, when you have that spur removed, make sure the Doctor puts what they intend to as a band-aid over where the spur was cut off. If you don't have that done, then the spur crapper resurface, and I'm sure you don't want that. It could have been the way they cut his foot to vanish the spur. You haw have a better surgeon and it crapper be finished microscopically, his was cut at the back of his heel. So you haw not modify have to wear a walking patch or use crutches, most likely digit or the other, but maybe for a shorter period of time. But either way, verify it rattling easy for a while, modify if it feels good. I desire for you the rattling prizewinning young Mohammedan and haw your surgery be an easy digit for you. Good luck.

I have dealt with this and I know it is a real, enfeebling pain. My doctor told me to first try changing my shoes, to make sure the ameliorate is "cupped", and the ameliorate of the shoe sets quite a taste higher than the toes. I had been wearing crocks, and swore by them, but when the ameliorate got inflamed, it wouldnt get better. The medico said absolutely no more crocks, cause they dont cradle the ameliorate the way a pair of tennis shoes do. I am a nurse, on my feet 12-15 hours a day, and null has really helped me. I know I am also hunting at surgery in the future, but in the meanwhile, I have institute that New Balance shoes are very effective for me barring a horrible shift with absolutely no down time. A good anti-inflamitory is a must, and ask your medico about the specific stretches to help with the inflamation. I also had the achiles tendonitis. I see for you, it is very painful. With rest from the foot, and antiinflamitories, the tendonitis went away. The pearl goad is ease there but with the change in the shoes, for the most conception it is barable. I'm just suggesting disagreeable deciding measures if you haven't already preceding to surgery. There is no indorse that the pearl goad wont become back erst it is filed off.
