I slept on my neck wrong Saturday morning (woke up then went back to sleep for an hour) and woke with a sore, stiff neck. It feels loads meliorate but ease a little stuff. Usually this sort of thing resolved itself in a day or digit but mine is ease a little sore and stiff if I essay to invoke it too much to the left...why is that? no drafts... I'm actually hot at night all sunggled under the covers. I'm real pissed too because the pillows we ingest are "supposed" to be real good.. we spent over $100 for digit of them last year. grrr

As you get senior the fluid which cushions joints dissipates making any skeletal problem longer to heal.

Are you trusty your not sleeping in a draft? this could be why or it just may of been in a real awkward position. xxxx

i did that most a month ago, oh my gosh it hurt so bad, we hit a superior comfort bottom and i surmisal i slept unearthly drive i woke up and i couldn't modify turn my head from side to side it hurt so bad, it was like that for 4 days, my dr said it was just a crease and would go away, wow it hurts intense though, i surmisal it's the way you lay, i'm not sure, i sleep with fans and humidifiers feat in our room.
