 what is this sudden discompose in my knee?

i have this discompose in the right Atlantic just above my right knee. it lasts for about 3 or 4 seconds and it comes and goes. it has happened before a few times but not frequently. it doesn't occur routine but i'd feature it happens moderately. it started today again. the discompose feels as if there's an internal bruise inside my knee and someone is pushing on it with their knuckle. i haven't injured it or anything. and i don't strain it like putting my right leg under my mitt when sitting on a lead for example.

i got that same two eld ago when i was gettin same ontogeny pains and stuff but if thats not it then i dont know what it is
