 hip pain on hip bone, see bruised?

I sleep on my sides and they are soooo sore. To the touch they see bruised. right on my hip bone or just right above. I hit recently forfeited a lot of coefficient and NOW they hurt. I had an x-ray which showed null back in Jan cause I though it may hit been from the gym. Help please, some ideas?

Go for anoter x-ray just so that you are updated on your condition. Then at home.... ICE ICE ICE!!! Ice does wonders for the body. Hopefully it will lessen the soreness that you are experiencing. I'm so sorry. And also, move getting into the usage of sleeping on your back. It is comfortable, relaxing, and saves your back!
