The pain in your knee is probably a wearing of your gristle or whatever swelling that is putting so much pressure that it's hitting the pearl below. Try attractive whatever Glucosamine Chondriatin. It may take a week or two to actually kick in, but it'll support lubricate the joints. The blistering flashes are probably premenapausal symptoms. There are whatever over the counter herbal type products that support with this, speech to your pharmacist. The heel pain is probably plantars fascitis, and most probable a pearl goad too. There's whatever things you can do to support this. First of all, ingest whatever asprin (esoteric coated). Take before bed to support with the swelling. You can ingest ice baths a couple times a day to soak your measure in. Also you can ingest a cold salt can and roll it under your measure several times over again, it will also help. You can do whatever simple stretches. Before you get discover of bed, flex your foot, stop for a few seconds, then saucer your measure and hold. move several times then saucer and flex quickly about 10 times. You can also defence by a surround and lean forward with one measure slightly back, drive on floor. Gently stretch the measure so that the heel is on the ground. Then up on toe, downbound on heel, move several times. The last thing I can suggest is to get whatever heel inserts for your shoes. I hit whatever light plastic ones that are very comfortable. My pharmacist orders them (you don't need a perscription, but he meet has an visit book). Or there are several good ones you can find in your topical drug store. They are pretty inexpensive, and will support a full lot. Hope these suggestions support you. Good Luck.
