Hmmmm..... Were you told what sinew was inflamed? Hip tendinitis does become but inferior ordinary then you would think. This is because tendinitis occurs when a muscle/tendon is not strong enough to do what you require of it or it is put into a position that puts it a a mechanical disadvantage. The hip does not normally have this difficulty because of the large filler of the muscles. There is one sinew on the right of the leg/hip (the TFL) that is more common. Because of its location it is fairly easily treated with exercising and ice. A more ordinary difficulty is bursitis. There are a few bursa within the hip, located beneath tendons of the hip crapper be pressed and become inflamed. This is more ordinary in women do to our body angles/structure. ...and there are some more problems that crapper become with the hip but we don't need to get in to that. I'm not trusty what treatments you were given or how daylong you have been treating this problem...... but personally your level of discompose worries me. When you are not moving and in a comfortable position with the sinew on slack/relaxed, the discompose should decrease. Contact your upbeat care provider and let them know that you are having much nonindulgent pain. Good luck!
