If hit a student of fleshly therapy degree, how long after that will it verify to intend a physiatry degree? Will it still verify the aforementioned turn of time although I will already hit a background in fleshly penalization and rehab. I'm really earnest most this. An MD degree takes 4 years, physiatry training an additional 4 years. Because the objectives of training are different, I doubt that you'll obtain any assign from your PT degree applied towards the physiatry training.

You'd have to first go backwards and complete your pre med prerequisites much as microbiology, advanced organic chem, and take your MCATs etc. Then you would need to attend 4 years of medical edifice followed by a act in physiatry. At best, you might get assign for attractive large human anatomy. If your intention is to become a physiatrist, I'd go straight to medical edifice and not PT school. Remember that the pore in PT is physical treatment, patch in physiatrity, the pore is on MEDICAL treatment for people with physical needs.
