 Why do I get sharp pains all over?

I hit had sharp pains throughout my entire body as far as I crapper remember. My childhood student swore it was growing pains I would tell him its not meet in my joints...it crapper be in my chest, legs, arms, my nous or eyes....and it comes in short bursts that rattling hurt and usually go away anywhere within a few seconds to a few minutes. I finally went back when I was 21 a few years ago and said whats feat on I'm not growing and its ease there and he said oh some people meet hit this I don't know why....when I was little they tested me for arthritis of some sort but meet one blood effort and left it alone..any thoughts? Thanks Jen
