 my arms hurts right where your forearm and upper arm seperate plz help?

i dont kno why it did but if i strech my limb all the way out to grab something i hurts rattling bad in the area where your bunk limb and forward limb seperate but if i dnt strech my limb out it doesnt hurt its been about 3 hours now what is it

You may hit just pulled a muscle, or slept/layed weridly on it. Use ice and dont strain yourself. If it doesnt go absent in a few period consolt a doctor. I wouldnt worry though.
