I have a pain in my leg that sometimes starts at my hip and shoots downbound to my articulatio and then to my achilles. and sometimes it meet starts at my knee. Its shooting pain somtimes i can't walk. (i can't think of a time i would've sprained it i'm not a rattling active person, but its been feat on for about 3 days now. i've had problems with my knees before but not my full leg.) does anyone know what thats about? sounds like a charlie horse.. try exercising more ofttimes and travel a lot. well then im not sure.. but i conceive massaging the leg and stretching(with one of those long band things) it will help relax the muscles.
