I undergo exactly how to help you. You probably have Celiac Disease. It affects 1 in 133 Americans and 97% are undiagnosed. Most often, it causes lots of gas which could cause the symptoms you just described. It is diagnosed with a blood test and an endoscopy. Neither are painful, and are hurried procedures. Once you undergo you have it, the only way to impact it is to go on a gluten-free diet. Gluten is a accelerator found in wheat, rye, and barley. Ask your doctor; most don't conceive of testing you for it, but if you ask, they'll do it.
