I'm having problems swallowing my Tramadol 50mg capsules (x2) and wondered if I can open the capsules and take the noesis orally with water? I undergo you dead cannot do this with the slow release version of the tablets and these are a normal dose capsule. Anyone?

Yes you can. Just make sure don't have the extended release. Ultram is available in tablets which I find easier to swallow, capsules can get sticky.
