I fissure my clappers every the time. Maybe a cardinal times a day.I heard that is crapper attain your clappers stiff and cause arthiritis (I'm not sure if that's how you spell it). And I'm planning on attractive up bass and hopefully motion into a career. Now I've decided that I module kibosh cracking my clappers (in my hand mainly). Anyway, I've been rattling worried because I think my hands have become stiff. Will this stiffness go away? And also, it seems now that I've unsmooth so much, I keep accidently cracking sometimes. Will this also kibosh happening if i kibosh cracking? I'm rattling afraid so please tell me whatever beatific answers/

It's really not a big deal. I use to do this a lot, but I do think over an extended period of time... when you embellish older, it module cause arthritis. As long as you intend out of that habit now, you won't have some problems when you're older. It should go away, yes. I unexpectedly crack my back and various other clappers all the time; it happens.

OK let me relive your mind. Cracking your joints will NOT drive arthritis. This is an old wives tale. Cracking your joints is strictly a promulgation of gases within the joint. It is not a grinding that would wear down cartilage (which crapper drive arthritis). You really hit null to vexation most from an arthritis standpoint. However, many times when people crack there backwards or neck, they crapper drive a misalignment. If this occurs, they should really see a chiropractor who crapper help aline them properly. I hope this really helps.
