(I need Advice from females for this question) my partner is an air stewardess and because of the impact she does she has to wear quite high heels every the time and I know they are hurting her. I am 99% positive her shoes are the precise filler and width. Unfortunately I am not female so I don't know what to say to her or how to maybe help her and ease her pain.

Party feet by scholl, they are gel pads to go in broad heels, that should do the trick

Better shoes. I am forward the pain is in the bend of her foot. The shoes she is wearing are not providing the level of support she needs in her arch. Look for shoes or communicate your retailer which shoes are good for a professional on her feet all day and needing bend support. Until she can get better activity shoes, rub them and soak them in warm water.(Her feet not her shoes LOL)
