well feature this please! i was skateboarding and i did a trick thats titled 540 flip..... but whatever i lapse down when i landed on the skateboard and hit my bottom rattling HARD! ITS BEEN 2 DAYS AND IT STILL HURTS! on theres a bounteous gray spot on my bottom ! support please how do i stop it?

See a doctor. Maybe you poor your tailbone. Gray spot is strange though.

Ice it 20 transactions every hour. Take ibuprofen for the pain and swelling. Try not to set on it. Sleep on your belly. Buy one of those inflatable friedcake formed cushions from the pharmacy. My girl meet bruised her face and went to ER- they wouldn't do anything more for her than ice, ibuprofen, and advised her to rest. Its gonna hurt- that gray spot is the bruise. You'll feel goofy carrying the friedcake modify around to set upon, but you'll need it to ready the pressure off the bruise.
