can somebody tell me why i hit headaches after working out for 20 Min's and what i need to do

Drink more water, it sounds like you are dehydrated.

I had this problem when I played highschool ball. I dont know exactly what caused it but I crapper tell you what I didnt do. I didnt take some food. I ate candy. I didnt hardly get some sleep. I was up untill 1:00a.m. and I didnt drink alot of water. This maybe 1 of your problems?.. If so, essay changing that. If not I would see a doctor. Because a continuous headache crapper be very bad. Take care....

It sounds like an exertion headache, which crapper often be avoided or alleviated by consuming a simple-sugar before exercising (e.g. a piece of fruit, a glass of fruit juice, even sucking on a diminutive piece of candy).
