I think you'll find that it is much less of a care at age 15. Its only a quick jab. The perceive is absent in most 3 seconds. Imagine digit of your buddies giving you a quick jab in the ribs. Same thing. I've been giving blood at the Red Cross twice a assemblage for 40 years. It still hurts, but its no big deal. Headaches, for instance, are worsened and they last a daylong time.

It doesn't hurt very much at all. Usually you don't see a thing. I get blood worn every the time and it never hurts. Your activity sporting events so tough it out. Just don't watch the actual intromission of the needle and you probably won't see it. Happy trails....

It's not so bad... meet relax- it hurts way less that way. Relax your whole body and especially your arm. Think pleasant thoughts... I know it sounds hokey, but I think about my selection entertainer (John Denver, haw he rest in peace- you've probably never heard of him!) and that can get me through anything! It also, unfortunately, depends on the technician who does it! But, it'll all be fine and over within a couple of minutes. Good luck!
