i gets that but on my back i dont know what its called though, but i definatley know what you mean Get a blistering towel (hot water) and smack it on your shoulder it will improve, It hurts i know :(

sounds like a pulled hooligan or referred pain from your neck/back. Try applying either modify or an moderating cream to the strained area for temporary relief. if the pain continues or worsens, wager a doctor
