So I got a Charlie equid (calf cramp) the other night while I was unerect and it was the worst discompose of my life for most 30 seconds. I detected I ever get them after I have been out drinking for an daylong time. I wasn't drunk that night, but I did have quite a bit over a daylong punctuation of time. Is that normal? I drink water, but it doesn't seem to help. What crapper I do to prevent them?
