I have a earnest Jaw Problem?

My mitt lateral of the utter has been SERIOUSLY HURTING BAD. If I yawn or unstoppered my mouth some large than normal, it HURTS LIKE F*CKING HELL and it dislocates for a second. My temporalis, spreads discover like a fan on the lateral of the head and reaches downward to clutch the lower jaw. It is SO PAINFUL. I can't take right, I can't talk right. It hurts so much... Please help me on how to FIX this problem, I never really desired this. This is fu*king torture. Please, please, PLEASE tell me what to do. Now I cannot move the mitt lateral of my utter unless I love MUCH pain, which I most sure do not. It feels a taste numb inside. I am suffering, so please help me.

GO TO YOUR DENTIST! I've ever had this abstract were my utter would meet pop in the middle of eating and prevent me from chewing because of the pain he said it was because my representative wasn't big enough for the newborn good teeth that were reaching in and i had to get them removed am not some kind of doctor but i hope this helps
