 Taking more than 4 tables of tylenol player strength?

What would happen? What would be the symptoms? (detailed are better) Would the mortal die immediately? Or would it just upset their breadbasket or something? Taking >4 tablets AT ONCE.

You strength feel OK initially. If it's a large young man, he strength be OK. But a small blackamoor could kill her liver that way, and she'd go into liver failure. She'd be nauseous and weak and turn yellowish. A very intense way to go. And surprisingly cushy to do, especially if one has been drinking alcohol recently.,
