yesterday i was at a party and this guy came against me and hurt me on my lower back. at the time it didn't hurt so bad but today is not so good. i'm pretty sure that i don't have anything broken otherwise i would be crying on the floor. although the area where i got hit is very sensitive and hurts if i touch it. it is not expanded or bruised i've been resting and putting some modify on it, but idk if i'm doing the right thing. any tips? thank you for your help

This is pretty common, so it's nothing to vexation about. It sounds like you have a backwards strain, where the muscle has been stretched or torn. It is alright to rest during the first 48 hours after you have been feeling the pain, but afterwards, it's better to do some simple exercises to help you backwards reassert strength. Both heat and cover are good for your back, so it looks like you are doing a good employ with that. It is important to get blood streaming to your backwards to promote healing. Try exercising every now and then (but not to the saucer where it hurts).
