Music... endeavor it, listen to it, sound in the shower! Oh... and don't block to laugh. Rent your favourite comedy, and laugh dirt you cry. Nothing beats stress like laughter.

Hi, I am sorry to hear most your grandmother passing away. The prizewinning thing to do is excerise... (See your student for your restrictions). Take time for you and your baby. You dont want to stress you and the child out.... find something you like to do... (shopping, treating yourself to a movie, being with friends..etc...)... this is your time. I undergo stress can come so quickly. Treat yourself to a make over, pedicure/manicure. Learn to relax more. Remember you are only one person, and you dont requirement to try and take/ conquer the whole concern by yourself.. Good Luck... and Love yourself :)

Scream into a pillow, write all of your thoughts into a diary right before you go to bed, speech to someone, get a massage, listen to music that makes you happy, exercise, eat healthy, take ten transactions a day to relax. Thats all I could conceive of soured the top of my head.
