 WHY DOES IT HURT WHEN I SWALLOW?

I went to hit breakfast this morning and it was so painful to swallow..I can speak fine, move my neck beatific but when its time to take food or drink it hurts. This has never happened to me before. What is wrong with me?

maybe your lymph nodes in your neck are swollen, do u have tonsillitis??

If your throat hurts it may be Strep a hard time swallowing is a classic clew of the beginning Strep. You should go to the doctors its EXTREMELY contagious!

you have a sore throat most probable is strep throat....you should go to the doctors
