 What are some beatific pain killers over the counter?

i have a sac on my ovary can't intend in till incoming monday. Pain is horrible and getting worse. What combo can I take or take all together to revilement the pain if even a little?

have you tried ibuprofen? thats what I take. You could also try tylenol or naproxen (aleve). The only thing is don't take more than 4000 mgs in 1 day of tylenol or you risk liver damage. Good luck, and if the pain gets too bad go to your docter and ask him for pain meds.
