I'm 16 and my bend is low. How can I mend this difficulty without surgery?

The arch in my feet are nearly flat and I can walk dustlike but when I am in heels (ie Homecoming) my feet dont go to the appearance of the footgear but it is going across the top. Just the ball of my feet impinging and the heel null else. I dont dress heels. Should I dress heels more often because I dress flats and sneakers with no support (Vans, boots, etc)

go to New Balance store and have them fit you with a footgear and an insert - it helped me

Hehe, I'm in the same boat as you! My physical expert advisable I intend inserts for my shoes. I'm told I should never go barefoot (but I do anyways), and I should place the inserts in whatever position I happen to be wearing.
