 I don't have arthritis, so why do I perceive when it rains?

I actualise that it is a gloomy day, but why do my legs and back hurt?

It could be the initial signs indicating that may be future start of arthritis if things move this way. I experience that likewise if I do things like- drink cold/iced drinks, bathe at night, etc. So I follow some Eastern practices and my condition improves. Could also be high uric acid. If you take a aggregation of caffeine, especially tea or foodie coffee, reducing it may help.
