 Why do my musles keep cramping?

At night I sometimes consequence up to my leg cramping up. It takes about an distance for the muscle to relax and it hurts for the next day. Now my cervix is doing the aforementioned thing. I went to my doctor and she told me to draw it up and that she has more problems then me. Yeah I know, crappy doctor but its all my insurance covers. What can I do to kibosh this. Is it something like vitamins?

Well try getting some potassium that helps. And debase daily, i had that experience while activity sport a pair of weeks ago. It hurt for a while.
