How does tylenol 3 impact i got some for my back, and femoris pain, but its always wondered me how does it work? and by how i mean, how does it know where to target the discompose we feel at?

As a recovered take user I conceive Tylenol 3 has Codeine in it. It is one of the natural Opiates and is basically like morphine.
