I went to badminton camp yesterday and did some exercises I normally don't do. I began to feel very sore yesterday, but when I woke up today, I could barely move. I am in so such discompose and I start school in a day and a half. I poverty to feel substantially by then! I ache all over: arms, legs, back, butt, neck, and shoulders. What should I do?

that means your not in shape...i feel that way at the first of soccer season...it module go away...
