last night the place where my arm connects to my margin started to hurt everytime i touched it. It got poorest when i woke up this morning. Now i crapper hardly move it at all, (well i could if i wanted to but it would cause me extreme pain.) Does anyone hit an idea of what this could be? did it fall discover of my socket perhaps? i dont really remember doing anything to hurt it and it started to hurt before i went to bed. but i was dancing the day before.

Sounds same it could be your rotor cuff. I am experiencing the same pain. My doctor gave me an shot it last week, but it only lasted several days. Talk to your doctor and he could give you exercises to do. In the meantime ingest heat and ice on it.

You could have distributed your socket ,it does not verify such for this to happen but it will hurt forever,i did this in a start and live with it for 10 years.Finally i started seeing a chiropractor for something added and meet mentioned it ,she did digit treatment and i have had no discompose or problems since.Do not suffer with this go see someone but not a doctor they don,t do anything about it.

just put ice on it and if that doesn't work then go to the hospital and see what they think. then if nothing is wrong then don't conceive about it to such because that's what it is you r conceive artefact to such about your arm okay
